Welcome to Skillfi. By accessing our platform, whether you are seeking management services or offering them, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

1. The Skillfi Marketplace

Skillfi is a premium, dual-sided marketplace connecting two primary user types:

• Clients: Businesses and individuals seeking to hire elite management services, operational strategy, and project management talent.
• Raters (Talent): Professional management service providers offering their expertise to Clients.

2. User Accounts & Verification

To maintain the premium nature of our network, all users must undergo verification.

• Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including valid government ID and utility bills for KYC compliance.
• Security: You are strictly responsible for safeguarding your credentials. Skillfi is not liable for unauthorized access stemming from compromised passwords.

3. Marketplace Conduct

You agree not to use the Platform for unlawful purposes. Prohibited activities include:

• Circumventing the platform to process payments or engagements outside of Skillfi.
• Posting misleading job requirements or falsifying professional experience.
• Engaging in discriminatory or abusive behavior toward any member of the community.

4. Payments and Fees

Skillfi facilitates payments between Clients and Raters securely via our integrated payment gateways (e.g., Paystack). By using the platform, you agree to our standard fee structures, which are dynamically calculated and presented prior to the finalization of any contract.

5. Intellectual Property

The Skillfi platform, its original content, and design system are the exclusive property of Skillfi Inc. You may not use our trademarks without express written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

Skillfi provides the platform "AS IS". We are not liable for any damages (including loss of profit or business interruption) arising out of your use of the platform or the outcome of any engagements formed between Clients and Raters.
